St. John Ogilvie High School is a 6-year comprehensive dedicated to the academic and spiritual development of all our pupils. We remember at all times that our pupils have wide -ranging interests and abilities and we believe that by valuing and celebrating the achievements of all pupils they will grow in confidence and so value the contribution they can make both to the life of the school and to their community.

 Our school is proud of the importance it places on the quality of the relationships among all its members -staff, pupils and parents- and as a Catholic Community, we are guided in all that we say and do by the Gospel Values of love, fairness, compassion and forgiveness.

We are committed to the pursuit of excellence in all that we do and this is reflected in the high quality teaching and learning which characterises all areas of our curriculum as well as in the outward devotion to our faith and service to others which are key features of our school life.

We place the highest importance on the partnership we enjoy with our parents and carers, the first educators of our children, and welcome at all times the opportunity to meet and discuss with our partners all aspects of our school and the welfare of their children.
