It provides a useful set of reference points for school staff and parents to use in their school evaluation and planning.
The P.T.A. meet in the school on the last Wednesday of each month and the Parent Council on the first Wednesday. All parents and staff of John Ogilvie High School are members of the P.T.A. |

Contact the Parent Council by e-mail - Parents are requested to contact the Parent Council with any issues they would like raised at the next meeting. |

Parent Forum All parents who have a child enrolled at a local authority school are automatically a member of what is called the Parent Forum at the school. As a member, you have a right to advice and information about your child’s education at the school, have the opportunity to be more involved with what the school is doing and, along with all the other parents, to have your views represented through the Parent Council at your school. |
